25 Years Since the Last Brood
The last known childer that were embraced in San Fransisco occurred in 1998. Those kindred were made, en masse, by elders, who panicked during the Purge. Those new childer did not survive long and never had a chance during those turbulent times. When Prince Giovanni took control, he forbade the creation of any new kindred.
That is until the last days of 2022 where he granted the creation of new kindred to Lazo Gajic of clan tremere and Felica Nocturne of clan brujah, the rite of creation. The Prince also allowed, for the first time in 20 years, an outside Cainite to reside within the city (for now that is).
Will the Prince loosen his grip on his traditions and rules? Only time will tell but I know this...the pressure on those new neonates will be tremendous and all eyes are on them.
Kindred rules are plentiful to say the least and these new Cainites have huge expectations set upon them. Will they flourish or crumble under the pressure?
